Pure Florida offers families a “Spring into Science” Show & Cruise event starting at 9 a.m. – 11:30 a.m., Saturday, April 9, featuring a fun and engaging “Spring into Science” show by Glen Beitmen of “Super Science & Amazing Art.”
Families can arrive at 9am to the historic Tin City Docks where M/V Double Sunshine boards to enjoy entertaining and educational experiments about light, colors, solar power, the water cycle, seeds and plants. Children and their families will enjoy Beitmen’s entertaining humor and educational style of dancing, getting slimy and crafty all in the spirit of science. Participating children will receive a completed take-home science activity and a spring craft.
At the conclusion of the “Spring into Science” Show, children and their families will board the M/V Double Sunshine to depart at 10am. Families will enjoy a 90-minute sightseeing cruise along the Gordon River out to the Gulf of Mexico. Relax aboard while cruising to see luxurious mansions, dolphins and the Gulf of Mexico. While Pure Florida cannot guarantee animal sightings in the wild, potential wildlife sightings include dolphins, eagles, manatee, native birds and more. Refreshments and snacks will be available for purchase on-board M/V Double Sunshine

Children are $22 (3yo – 12yo) and adult admission is $44, tax not included. M/V Double Sunshine is an open-air vessel. All children must be accompanied by an adult. The Spring into Science Show & Cruise departs from historic Tin City, located at 1200 Fifth Ave. S. in Naples.
