Pure Florida Recognized for Superior Customer Service at 2015 E Awards

We’re happy to announce that on August 27th at the 2015 Elaine McLaughlin Outstanding Hospitality Service Awards Ceremony (E Awards), our very own Capt. Marty Martino was honored for his superior customer service! Marty was nominated in the Attractions category for the incredible experience and hospitality he provided for a couple who renewed their vows.

Robin Rosario was also recognized for completing the Guests First Customer Service Training Program. The Lee County Visitor & Convention Bureau Guest First Customer Service Training Program offers a unique opportunity for front-line and management professionals to improve their customer service skills and create a self-awareness of our interactions with others. Congratulations Robin!

In addition to being recognized, Pure Florida was pleased to be a sponsor of the E Awards. The E Awards are tokens provided to businesses and individuals for excellent customer service in Lee County. The goal of the E Awards is to increase public awareness of the outstanding customer service being provided by Lee County hospitality professionals. Employees who work in hospitality and allied industries in Lee County are eligible for nomination.

There are six different nomination categories: Attractions, Accommodations, Good Samaritan, Restaurants, Transportation, and Other Services/Business. Nomination criteria includes service satisfaction, leadership work ethic, job knowledge, compassion, and beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel awareness.
