They are a fun couple, who have great kids, created a dynamic business and continue to make positive impacts within our community. This year has definitely been an overwhelming experience and the Julians continue to show steadfast leadership through their business efforts and community non-profit support. Even in the hard times, Pure Florida is still donating experiences to help others raise money and we are keeping our doors open and making adjustments to best serve our team and our guests who visit.
As a Pure Florida team member, my number one reason for loving my work with Pure Florida and the Julians is always their focus on family. Leadership is difficult, tough decisions have to be made all the time. Together, we experienced multiple hurricanes, red tide/blue green algae and now Covid. As extended Pure Florida family, we have had many successes and learning opportunities but one thing is clear: we are all in this together.
The Pure Florida team remains grateful for excellent leadership, funny conversations, honest feedback, real information, and the flexibility to adapt in our ever-changing environment.
Thank you to Waterside Neighbor Magazine for featuring a couple who we know as great bosses and top notch folks! Enjoy the attached article written by Sarah Blanchard and photos by Light the Sky Photography.
